Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have decided to put their
not-so-full Los Angeles house up for sale, after spending most
of their time in New York City. The twins purchased the house
for $4 million in 2004.
The 20-year-old Olsens have parlayed their success into a
billion-dollar line of products and became co-presidents of
their own company when they turned 18. They visit the company's
headquarters in Los Angeles only once a month, and have spent
the last two years in New York City attending college on and
off.
The mid-century modern house designed by Hal Levitt, is one
level and has two master-bedroom suites - one for each twin -
plus two additional bedrooms. The gated estate, which is located
in the hills of Los Angeles suburb Westwood, also has a pool,
spa and sweeping views of the city. It is on the market for $4.4
